Aligned Expectations
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
You're welcome to cancel or reschedule your session — just give at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Life happens! If something urgent comes up, just reach out.
In rare instances, MJ may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (like illness). If this happens, you'll be contacted as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
Ending Packages Early / Cancelling Ongoing Mentorship
You're free to pause or cancel your package anytime. You'll only be charged for the sessions you've already had.
If you've prepaid, any unused sessions can be refunded (minus completed sessions) or transferred to credit for future use — your choice.
Payment & Sessions
Sessions are to be paid before each session or in advance for a package.
Packages are non-transferable unless discussed and agreed upon.
Session Timing & Respecting Energy
Please arrive on time and ensure you're in a quiet, comfortable space. This honours the energetic container we're working in together.
If you're late, we may still need to finish at the original end time to respect MJ's schedule and other clients.
Scope of Work & Responsibility
Sessions offer intuitive insight, energy healing, and soul-aligned guidance — not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
You are always in the driver's seat — you are responsible for your own choices, healing journey, and wellbeing. MJ is a supportive guide, not a fixer.
MJ brings her full energy, integrity, and spiritual toolkit to every session. Your transformation is a co-creation.

Everything you share is held in confidence. This is a sacred, non-judgemental space where you can come as you are.
Any notes taken are kept securely and never shared.
