These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to any services, sessions, products, or digital offerings provided by MJ Pureza.

By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of services

All sessions and offerings are provided as intuitive, spiritual, and energetic guidance intended to support personal insight, clarity, and wellbeing.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice of any kind. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or guarantee specific outcomes.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after a session.

While sessions are offered with care and integrity, individual experiences and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

My services are intended to complement, not replace, appropriate professional care. I encourage clients to seek support from qualified medical, psychological, or other professional practitioners where needed.

My services are not intended for crisis situations or emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency or require immediate support, please contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.


Client responsibility & consent

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are engaging voluntarily and with personal responsibility

  • You understand the nature of intuitive and energetic work

  • You agree to participate with openness, honesty, and self-awareness

If at any time you feel a session is not right for you, you are encouraged to communicate this.


Late arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This helps ensure fairness, energetic integrity, and respect for all bookings.


After sessions & integration

Following an energy healing or intuitive session, it’s normal to experience a period of integration. People may notice shifts in awareness, emotions, energy levels, or perspective in the hours or days that follow.

You are encouraged to rest, hydrate, and allow space for insights or changes to settle naturally. Each person’s experience is unique, and you are responsible for listening to your own needs and seeking appropriate professional support if required.


Unforeseen circumstances

In the event of illness, technical issues, or circumstances beyond my control, I reserve the right to reschedule a session. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled by mutual agreement wherever possible.


Bookings & payments

All sessions and products must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.


Rescheduling & cancellations

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule, except in exceptional circumstances.


Refunds

Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved, refunds are generally not offered for completed sessions.

For digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If there is an issue with your booking or purchase, please reach out and I will do my best to resolve it fairly and reasonably.


Session recordings & content

Any recordings, notes, or materials provided during or after a session are for your personal use only.

They may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, audio, digital products, and session materials — is the intellectual property of MJ Pureza unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.


Confidentiality

All personal information and session content is treated with care and respect. Confidentiality is maintained in line with the Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law.


Limitation of liability

While every effort is made to provide services with integrity and care, I am not liable for any loss, damage, or outcomes arising from the use of this website, services, or products.

Engaging with this work is done at your own discretion and responsibility.


Changes to terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.


Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
