Absolutely! Many of my clients are new to energy healing and intuitive guidance. Sessions are warm, relaxed and easy to receive. I keep things friendly, uplifting and always with positive intentions. No experience needed.
That's completely fine – an open mind is all you need. I've read for lawyers, doctors, nurses, teachers and everything in between – many come in sceptical and leave speechless. 😄 I'm here to support you with spiritual guidance, not convince you of anything!
Yes! All live sessions can be recorded and the video and audio files will be shared with you via Google Drive. I ask that you download them locally when you receive them as I clear files periodically to make space. 💜
Live 1:1 sessions are held via Zoom or phone call (Australia only). Distance healing and pet readings are delivered via email audio or PDF within 1–2 business days.
Everyone experiences it differently! Some people feel warmth, tingling or a gentle pulsing sensation. Others notice emotions rising to the surface, a deep sense of calm or simply feel very sleepy – which is your body receiving and integrating the healing. Some have the best night’s sleep post session! Sometimes physical sensations shift during a session too – tension in the shoulders, neck, back or stomach releasing as the energy moves through.
Some people feel very little during the session and notice the shifts in the hours and days that follow. There's no right or wrong way to receive it – your body and energy field know exactly what to do. Trust the process. 💜

Yes! I work with Law of Assumption and Law of Attraction principles to help identify and clear the energetic blocks or beliefs keeping what you want at a distance.
Yes! This comes through beautifully in sessions. I can tune into your personal team of light, identify guides, archangels or beings who are present with you, and share any intuitive gifts or abilities I sense in your energy field or from past lives. Many clients are surprised – and delighted – by who shows up. 💜

Yes – I am a psychic medium and can connect with loved ones on the other side. This has come through beautifully in many sessions. While I can't guarantee who will show up, I always open the channel to welcome any guidance or messages from those in spirit who wish to come through. 💜

The Akashic Records are essentially the energetic library of your soul – containing the history, patterns, contracts and wisdom of your soul's journey across lifetimes. Accessing them in a session allows us to understand why certain patterns keep showing up, release old contracts or beliefs that are no longer serving you, and gain a much deeper understanding of your soul's purpose and path. 💜
